snapper I should have said "Will make a great meal." I put on ice until today. I missed a little meat but I think I did okay Mr. Lung.

aqualung You did very well Snap. Now why did you take down the bottom side pic?? The bottom is definitely a little more difficult than the top side, either way looks like a job well done.
