deaffisherman I know this fish is sucker for sure. But I wasn't sure which exactly name for this sucker.
Largescale sucker looks so similar with this fish but I found out that internet said they only live in western, not east side. so, any idea? or it is possible that this is largescale sucker?
blackstonecarp Body wise deffo looks like a white sucker..one dark white sucker though. Were those bumps on its body? if so it may be darker due to spawn, the males of them develop small bumps like carp to rub against the ladies!

deaffisherman no, it was absolute smooth skin and tail has white dots on them. I can't find anything that resemble at top fin, colors, tail fin with white dots. I was thought white sucker too but now, it is hard to tell if it was one.

nefisherman92 Probably a white sucker. They are supposed to get colorful as they approach the spawn.

deaffisherman Yes, It is definitely white sucker for sure. Got text confirmed that it was white sucker from Environment-science teacher (PHD) from my college. So, you are right!
