Comment: We fished the rock formation yesterday and did pretty good over there. I just posted the trip. If you see badlarry over the weekend, he will have to tell you about the bucketeer that pissed us both off yesterday. Not only did she get the spot we were going for, she pulled in a 4lb beauty only to put in her bucket for dinner. She caught it about 3-4 ft from shore using a worm on a freakign jigging pole. What's wrong with that picture.

Comment: Was abkle to hit it last night with badlarry. I have redeemed myself and my faith in the Sud. Caught 10 between the two of us 5 and 5...nice split. Nothing of substantial size but it was a start. Definitely ready for next Thursday!

Definitely do not shed any tears for me. I've had a better season than most and it's still going too. A few skunked trips isn't going to scare me away. Just more of a challenge now. Lol

Comment: Ha ha don't shed a tear for aem he has had a fine year so far look shore fisherman have it tough this time of year only a month till nights start getting cool and the fish start getting back to our casting range or we will find some deep water that is holding the fish like we say that is why they call it fishing not catching ha ha

Comment: Just a bump in the road. It's not that we weren't or haven't been getting bites, they were just finicky. It's hard to get to the deep water from shore. I think all the success we had at the Sudbury res early in the season spoiled us. It got to a point where if you pulled in a 2lb-2.5lber, you were disappointed due to the quantity & quality of the bass we were pulling in. No sweat, there are good days & bad, but that's fishing!

Comment: Sorry that you aren't finding success but even the best have bad days. I fished Long Pond and Little Long Pond in Plymouth on Saturday with only a tiny yellow perch to show for it. But my fishfinder marked a LOT of BIG fish at 15-30 feet (Long Pond) so the next time I'm there I'll be better prepared with the correct gear to get at them.
