southjerseyangler hard to find the fish today, finally did and only got 1 hooked and landed. Lots of pikerel action...the bass are hiding. There's a spot at the backend of the lake and it has alot of tall reeds, but you need a canoe to get to it - that has be where they are hiding!

jimbuoy Nice pickerel.

I fished a spot like that in Canada for pike. We had a ball stalking them using an electric motor and casting a Black #3 Mepps with bucktail. In the deeper water I used a live sucker as bail with a bobber. It was hit after hit!
