Reeled it in and let it pop a few times - let it sit still in front of a sewer pipe for about 5 seconds, that's when he gobbled it. It disappeared and that's a nice fat lure...he unhooked himself flopping around. 2+ pds. took the pic with a flip phone - he was alot bigger than he looks. He laid on the shore for awhile, i had to nudge him to get him to swim away
