deaffisherman OL mean Overload weight. My scale goes up to 50 pounds but can squeeze to 55 pounds without any problem. But this turtle weight much more and my scale weight couldn't manage it and bended straight! You can see the hook was barely hold the rope that connected to trash can that has turtle inside.
