southjerseyangler Saw this lake on a map off of the road i use to go home. It's off of kettle run road in marlton. Long walk from the car to get here, but what a huge lake...WITH SOME BIG FISH!. Had my jitterbug lure ATTACKED 3 feet from the shore next to some lilypads! Didn't hook him but it's definitely a pikerel (because it's cedar water) We tried to get him for 10 minutes and that's when we noticed the bees! They were coming out of the ground next to us and on the trail. They were buzzing around and coming out of these anthill looking things, so we got out of there fast. We will be back here in the winter when there aren't bees swarming around. Totally depressed about having to wait for the cold again, but it's better than getting stung!
