southjerseyangler Got him 1 foot from the Oswego river shoreline. I let the lure scrape along the bottom, stopped it and he showed up about 2 inches from it. I lifted up a little to get the tail moving and when it dropped backdown he nailed it. Nice little pik - lost thelure on the very next cast - snagged on log about 10 feet out....damn. It was good to hook a fish again, been about a week. I attached a 4 inch grub tail ( white ) to this jig - he inhaled it
