southjerseyangler Driving near Sewell and Glassboro, i drove into the James G. Atkinson park for my lunch break and walked down to the lake. !st time fishing here, there were some nice spots to fish from the trail. Decided to walk near the end area of the lake. Walking to a spot that had fallen logs, overhanging branches, i could see waterdrops dripping into the water - then i saw a swirl and knew it wasn't a raindrop. Cast out 15 feet and on the 2nd turn of the reel - hooked this 2.5 - 3 pound bass. Shocked to see it was a bass, thought it was going to be a pickerel
