eastciderida I need to try fishing from there I always go by the stairs on the other side guess I'm just lazy and don't feel like walking over there

blackstonecarp The stairs are a fine place to fish from..however somedays ( or most of this year) the river is running harder and it makes landing fish in the main current a pain.

Sides it is nice to set up and fish into the current rather then across it. I have had similar luck fishing form both sides to be honest though.
