pramsey The river was high and fast on Feb 19th. It was much lower the next weekend.

sfadden30 its wierd i lived in Yantic for years and i fish that stretch all the time and i have never caught anything in that section , only from the train bridge down to the stone bridge ?, that pool is deep enough to hold big trout , the current there is very tricky when your floating a meal worm

pramsey I haven't caught any in this specific spot, but just around the bend to the south there is another fairly deep pool where I have caught a couple of trout.
