gluttony32 I have caught 5 fish over 6 lbs alone this year this one was 7lbs. In all the muck and lilly pads with braid I never lose a fish. My flipping stick has 20 lb braid I can pull branches off trees....lol...thanx for the comments

wgpjim i hear yu , better safe then sorry, Nj state record bass is 10 lbs caught on 12 lb rest, i guess it depends on where your fishing
