July 4th - Trip #2
After a skunked morning, I headed over the Lake Chauncy with Badlarry for a couple of hours. This turned out to be more productive than my earlier trip that day. There were some big splashes just out of our reach, but we still pulled in a few. Finished the trip with a trio of some heavy 2lbers, a solid 3lber and badlarry pulled in one that was pushing 4lbs. Not too bad for a last minute decision to hit up Chauncy.
Yes, finally back from my 3 week, 13 state trip from hell, lol. It was nice to get back out there and finish yesterday off strong. Looking forward to this weekend so I can get back out there both Saturday & Sunday. My wife has to work all weekend so I am somewhat a free man to fish.
