Forge Pond 4/16/13

Stopped over at Forge Pond in Hanover for, literally, 10 minutes after work and caught a 2.75 lb 17 inch Largemouth off the boat launch. Picture kinda sux. I had my iPhone in a baggy to protect it.

Never been in a boat on Forge. It's definitely shallow. It's an impoundment of Frenchs Stream. It is weedy, but that is where the biggest fish live :)

Have you been out there in a boat? How deep is that place and does it get weedy. Drive by there but have never fished it. Thanks.
