Chauncy 7/31/11
A return to Chauncy this weekend for a few hrs. (5-8:30 am) resulted in just one more Bass, a 4 1/2 lber that slammed my Zman pop frog very early. He took the bait then took my boat and spun it around before I landed him. Again this was the only fish caught, as I had only 2 other hits that netted nothing. Very slow fishing as it was dead calm and the sun came up real bright and sent the bass to heavy cover. I stopped by Westboro Res. and picked up a 13" Lm off shore on a c-rigged lizard on the way home to complete my days fish catching.
