Comment: Great trip report - nice to end the season on a high note with that lunker!

When I camped at Tully Lake in August I fished the pond, the river, and the lake from my 'yak and all I got was a single 1 pound LM from the lake, though there were some missed strikes on the river. The pond, nada.

Like your summary of all the trips you took for the season. This was my first and I didn't keep great records (at least until I found the MFF site) but the great thing was that I really got out and explored a lot of water bodies I had never been to, and saw more wildlife than I had in the previous ten years of just paddling.
