Comment: Hey don51 - that's one of my biggest fears, especially when throwing those big minnows with the triple trebles. I always use my plastic fish grips and pliers, and sometimes I need to use my knife to cut the hook out when it's particularly twisted up. But I always try not to further traumatize the fish if possible.

Comment: Hate catching picks in the yak. Have had trebles stuck in my fingers too many times. But at least you got into some fish!
