Comment: I love the flavor of fresh bluefish. Problem is that you really need to limit your consumption to a couple meals per year because they contain a lot of PCBs and mercury. Kinda begs the question why eat them at all then. But they are still a blast to catch!

Comment: I heard that you can cook Blue Fish with Foil and Bricks. When the blues are done, toss the Blue's and eat the Bricks... Sorry What a fight they give No lip music with them TEETH
