Comment: Ahhhh, good ol' Lake Manchaug...I bet we could come with a story for almost every type of fish in there! From skin diving to find the horn pout holes, and using them for crawfish bait for the smallies and HUGE perch the next day...I'd give up alot to relive those days as an adult!

Comment: My Dad caught a Pike near the Dam years ago. I stayed on the "Kings" Side of the Water 30 plus years. huge Pickerel also I miss that place..

Comment: Still has a healthy population of bass. The surprising thing with your comment on pike, I look back and do not recall a pickeral even being seen. We stayed at a small log cabin near the Lake Manchaug campground.

Comment: I grew up on Manchaug, Some of the greatest fishing I had as a Kid was there, would love to fish it again. Looks like you were down in Sandborns They still got Pike and Tigers in that places?
