Comment: Well, I drove to fosters pond today and I couldn't find a place to park and fish? Like you said everything says private prop/ no trespassing. Where did you park and go? I drove around the whole place twice, alot of peoples driveways and no parking on the road.

If you want all the crappie you can handle, and don't mind live bait, use small minnows. Otherwise, we caught a lot off of small Mepps spinners (so many my daughter claimed we were catching the same one over-and-over).

This is only for Fosters mind you, and you don't need a boat to fish there. However, as the vegetation grows, your options will be limited as it gets really thick in the coves.

Comment: was that Saturday morning? I saw those guys too. I was there on my cartopper boat. Had a pretty good day with lots of fish but no hogs. Foster's is my all time favorite pond
