great day to get out on the water with friends, tommy and paul,both caught numerous bunkers for bait in Manhasset Bay in the morning,we then procedded to look over some of our hotspots nothing hitting the bait till about 3pm,tide turning to low,the the action picked and and we boated 2 nice stripers and one very tough blue, all in all agreat day around the south western part of Long island sound.will post some pics. |

Good morning, hope all is well with you all, and the fish are biting. I have done some spring fishing for trout and one adventure to lake eaton (unsuccesful) but is was fun anyway. I do enjoy camping in the Adirondacks and fish lakes and streams. Well enjoy the summer and purhaps we can get together and do some fishing. |

jumbo blue stole my new top water lure friday night off harts island, dont mind so much as the hit was exciting, just to a big fish hit on top is great, 11.95 cost ,not so great!

what is up with ths weather,seems as though we are stuck in some srt of pattern threat of afternoon th.storms every afternoon. cmn give us a break!!!

juat bought some top water and diving lures,going to try them out ths week on long isle sound,maybr trolling, should be fun !
