Took my friend and his 2 kids out for pike on the concord/sud river. As i have mentioned before i usually find that the last 2 weeks in september 1st 2 weeks in October i can actually target and catch multible pike.Sundy wasnt the case didnr have 1 pike follow or hit however it turned into a bass outing fast ... We got most of the fish on spinnerbaits .. purple senko and fin-s-es. We had lots of doubles a few 3lbs lots of 1.5.. It turned out to be a perfect get a kid hooked on fishing day

Hooked the boat saturday around 3pm hoped on the mass pike and 6hours later we arrived at Henderson bay N.Y. Plan was for Trout in the am and then warmwater species later in the day..
