live4fish I started a fish tank with my kid. We're going to get one of everything local (I'll need additional tanks or a huge one). My kid names them, and it's really getting him pumped to fish.
We'll add a small one of each: - largemouth - white perch - bluegill - redear sunfish - carp - pickerel - eel - white catfish * anything else freshwater less than 6 inches
We have a 5 inch bullhead in the tank too.
The yellow perch was a good score...

bloomagoo Its illegal to transport live sportfish in Mass. Check the regs before you continue and for goodness sake don't post about it on the internet.

angryjohn The bluegill and rock bass will destroy the other fish. There used to being the underdogs and can fend off fish much larger than themselves.
