I'm trying to use this site to find places for salt water fishing in the RI area. I'm not having any luck so far. Where would i go to find some off shore spots to fish? |

Not sure if u guys ever had the chance, but, have u ever been to the Norfolk prison Pond? I have a permission slip from the guy in charge there..........I have never caught anything bigger than 4 lbs there, but I've heard some serious stories. |

thanks for the site, I'm in Newport News. Va. and have been looking for something like this that will help with finding the fish around here. I've caught a few and most of it has been croaker. I want to get out this summer and catch some flounder and I am looking for the hot spots. Don't know how long I'll be around here in Virginia, I'm about to retire out of the military and I'm guessing where ever the job takes me once I'm out. |

we are new too this area glasgow my wife is not able too go up and down rocks we like barren river we need some what flat walking with road close to water we tried the marina but too rocky and steep were would you go send me a note rodneyldumolt@netzero.com we was going to look at the dam this weekend. |

I have been recovering from a heart operation and have not done much ,if any fishing this year. The past couple of months I have joined North American fishing club as a life member to see if this will motivate me into gettig out there on the water more . Slowly I have started fishing again but up to now only a couple of hours at a time with no luck yet. Dave, what fishing information do you have for the New Haven/ Branford area? This is the area I do my most fishing. Saltwater. I can usually be found at the break waters just outside of west haven or at the beacon in branford. I've been out four times this year so far and all I caught were 2 sand sharks and one seabass. I'm looking for real information on what's out there and if there are any hot spots. |

Hi dave some of us on the Ma site are setting up a little tourney for late July. We got some regular users on the site and people are starting to use the messageboard more. Looking at July 25th or 26th for tourney. It going to be two people per boat to accomadate some of the guys who don't have boats. I know your in Ct, but if your interested in meeting some of the guys on the site and have the time we like to have you involved. Its going to be a good way for some of the users to meet each other.
