Dave

Every state needs this. I just moved to Arkansas and really want to get back into fishing. However, my girlfriend and I have no idea where. This site looks like it will be really helpful.

I bring my GPS everywhere and I will be more than happy to add info.

- Jason

PS Loved the welcome note. GREAT TOUCH.
I am a full believer that it is the little things that can make a difference and the welcome note was it.

Cheers.

Hey Dave,

This is a great site that you have created here. I am from Ohio and Texas, so I have been into some pretty good fishing in my past. However, I haven't had any luck up here really. I mostly fished in small lakes and don't have a boat so I am wondering, do you know of any lakes or rivers that have great shore fishing spots. Also any tips on lures and baits for trout/salmon would be a big help. Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for setting up the site, It's a cool place where the inexperienced like myself can pick up a few pointers. You're the man!

Hi Dave

I understand your request regarding asking people to correct their own problem.

I assume that the "flag post" button will appear on any new post from now on, since I don't see a button on the old post.

The site shouldn't be all work and no play for you, been a while since you posted a trip or on the message board from what I can see.
You should jump in and post a little instead of being the man behind the curtain making it all happen

hey guys you are my few friends here on our underused fishing site. Just a note that I am living back in PA in Liverpool (Oriental). I have actually rented the old Ox Bar here and am inviting you all for a free beer. (its right by the Oriental Store.)

When I got here I fished the stream by the house and caught a 21 inch brown. Not bad for January in a pretty lousy stream!

So hope you are all fishing through the winter and maybe you will stop by.

hi dave, i was thinking could you make it so people can keep track of their fish caught and fishing trips and other stuff by year then have a lifetime total.it would be helpful to break it down by year so you can see what and where you caught fish that year or in your lifetime.its just a suggestion, wonder what you think?

HI DAVE,

ACTUALLY YOU NOW HAVE (8) SUNFISH LISTED ON YOUR SITE.

THE ONE YOU HAVE LISTED AS SUNFISH IS THE ORANGESPOTTED SUNFISH (LEPOMIS HUMILIS).

THE OTHER SEVEN ARE AS FOLLOWS.
BLUEGILL
PUMPKINSEED
ROCK BASS
BLACK CRAPPIE
WHITE CRAPPIE

THESE NEXT TWO WILL PROBABLY BE A SURPRISE TO YOU, BUT ALL OF THEM BELONG TO THE SUNFISH FAMILY. YOU CAN TELL FROM THE DORSAL FINS.

LARGEMOUTH BASS (NOT A TRUE BASS)
SMALLMOUTH BASS (ALSO NOT A TRUE BASS)

PERSONALLY, I THINK YOU'RE DOING GREAT. I HOPE I CAN HELP FROM TIME TO TIME

hi dave what do you think about having a separate map view for private and friends trips?when i look at map view i don't see some of my trips cause their only for friends to see. i know this site is for everyone to share good fishing spots but sometimes there's spots where you want to keep private or only share with friends so it doesn't get over fished
