trout picata Recipe for Rainbow Trout
trout fillet, 6 oz butter (melted) 8 oz s&p to tast
dust the trout with flour, have your pan nice and hot with the 6oz of melted butter, add your trout meat side down.. flip trout over after 3-4 miutes add lemon juice, white wine and capers and reduce by half. add salt and pepper and let cook another minute or two!! enjoy with either angel hair pasta or rice/vegetable
