brown trout lots and lots of butter and also watever spices you like because it tastes good with every thing
heat up the frying pan untill the butter is all melted over the pan then trhow the trout or two oin there and let them fry untill brown and the skin peals off. then flip them and do the same but add lots of butter . more the better and once the fish is allk cooked through its done
just remember im not fillaying them so you have to pick the meat off the carcus
