spicy salmon Recipe for Atlantic Salmon
2LB salmon fillet. 1 8oz can crushed pinapple. 1 2oz can hot jalepenos. 1 yellow pepper. 1 red pepper. 1/2 cup crushed red pepper. salt. pepper
chop up yellow pepper, red pepper, crushed pineapple, and jalepeno. place in plastic bowl.
remove salmon from packaging. pat dry. springle salt and pepper. shake all 1/2 cup of crushed red pepper onto top of salmon.
bake salmon at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky when touched with a fork.
take plastic bowl of pepper/pineapple and garnish the salmon.
goes well with white rice as well.
this dish is a hot one!
