Ingredients: Ingredients
Italian bread crumbs
little oil to cover the fillet
Directions: Get your fillet cut into small strips like 1/2 inch wide then dipped with Italian bread crumbs, flour, and eggs. Then put little oil on all of fillets.

leave in oven for 25-35 minutes on 375-400 degree. (depend how your oven did)

you are all set!
Other Notes: My mistakes was going on my oven with confidence. my food was done in 15 minutes. then next time, I tried to cook at my friend's house, it took me 35 minutes to do it. I had to consist checking on fish fillet to make sure they are ready to eat it.
