Simple Bluefish Recipe for Bluefish
2 Fillets, Milk, Garlic, Butter, Sea Salt, Gound Pepper
Soak Fillets in Milk for 15 to 20 minutes. This removes alot of the oils that can make it taste fishy. Rinse off milk before next step.
Melt some butter, mix with some garlic, and generously coat fillets.
Oven: Bake @ 400 for about 15 to 20 minutes recoat fillets with butter/garlic 1 or 2 times while baking
Grill: 10-12 minutes

I like to do a Vegatable StirFry to go along as a side. Most White Wine's will go good with this fish.
