porg fillets, flour, egg, water, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, lemon salt.
beat an egg w/ 2 tbl water add paprika to flour season fillets with all the other seasonings dip in egg then flour fry in veg oil until golden on both sides doesnt take long so pay attention to cooking
