In Putnam/Dutchess counties there are numerous lakes where
one can register and leave rowboats chained up for the year.
are there any places in the Albany/Columbia/rens.counties where this can be done?

| The only lake that I know of in Columbia co. is Taconic lake. You have to get a permit and you can leave the boat there all season. That is the only lake around that I can think of. hope it helps |
