Ingredients: flour, veg. oil, salt, table blend
Directions: clean ur fish, i usually take the skin off. wash the fillet in cold water. lay both sides in flour. heat pan with veg oil just covering bottom of pan in medium heat. lay fillet in pan once oil heated up, cook about 7 min on each side
