Details:got the day off on Tuesday and was itching to get the new boat out. Launched at Congamond around 930 after the rain had passed. began just to putt putt around getting used to the boat etc. fished all over with no luck until the afternoon. changed tactics and first cast yielded a 3lb pickerel, 3 cast later a 2lb bass. cast to the same spot where i got the bass and got 2 more. called it quits after that. great day on the water!

all fish came from 4-7 fow on grass edges
