Monomonac
BVBA Tourny rescheduled from E. Brimfield because of all the damage from the Tornados. The ramp is closed there and the Army Corps will not let boats on the water for a while. Permit was had for Monomonac and off we went. Tough day for me and Jarad. The constant rain and cold temps bummed us out and the bites we got were far and few between. Air temp 55 with water temp at 72 had mist on the water. I manage 2 bass a 12 and a 14 incher, while Jarad dropped a 3 lber at the boat around 12 noon, and did not have a fish till 2:32 when he landed a 3 1/2 lb Lm, that slammed his wacky senko off a drop on a point. Al must have gone to some other lake as he was one of two with 5 fish bags. His 5lber anchored his win with a total weight of 12.6 Lbs, Eddie had 5 for 9.3 Lbs, and Jarads 3 1/2 lber got him 3rd place. Great job guys! Though he felt beaten down most of the day, and swore to be a fair weather fisherman in the future, Jarad kept chuckin and winding and his persistence did get a pay off!
