Title: Mango Salsa Striper
by hooligan
Type: Entree
Servings: 3
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 12-15 minutes
Ingredients: -4 to 5 Striper Fillets
-A jar of Newman's Own Mango Salsa
-Stick of butter or Spray butter
-Tin Foil
- 1 Lime
Directions: Take a big enough piece of tin foil to lay down however many Fillets you have. Grease it with a stick of butter or Spray Butter.

Take the lime, and cut it into slim slices. Lay down lime slices on the tin foil in an arrangement to where you can put the fillets ontop of the slices.

Put your Striper Fillets over the lime slices.

Pour the Mango Salsa generously over the Fillets, and spread evenly. To coat the fillets ontop, and around them as well.

Fold tin foil up over the fillets, and place on the grill on medium heat for roughly 12-15 minutes depending on fillet thickness. Check them periodically after 10 minutes with a fork for tenderness; to avoid over or under cooking the fish.

Serve as is, or with a fresh salad, or steamed vegetables and rice.
Other Notes: This is an insanely easy recipe, that will be sure to please all! The Mango Salsa adds the perfect flavor, moisture, and spices for a simple, and cheap professional looking meal.
