Hot Butter Garlic Perch Recipe for Yellow Perch
Hot Butter Garlic Perch
Perch Fillets, Real Butter, Olive oil , Fresh Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Lemon
Heat pan to HOT , add 2 tbsp olive oil and heat until ripples appear, add 2 pats butter, add garlic and saute for 1 min, add perch, tunr after 3 minutes, remove from pain after 2 more minutes.
Plate with rice and fresh brussel sprouts. Lightly squeeze lemon over all of plate. Salt and pepper to taste.
Crack a beer.
