| Ingredients: | Bacon-lemon juice-striped bass fillets | |
| Directions: | squeeze a little lemon juice on the fillets then wrap with bacon you may need to use tooth picks to keep the bacon on. also I would add a little sea salt before wrapping with bacon. put on grill with low heat and cook untill bacon is done. when bacon is done the fish will be done..enjoy | |
| Other Notes: | I also suppose this would work well with any fish species. | |
