Garys Fried Catfish
Tonys Creole Seasoning
Put fish in large bowl , cover with milk and add 1tsp Vanilla
2tsp Garlic Salt
2tsp Lemon Pepper
(add seasonings to your liking's for stronger flavor)
Stir well, let set in fridge 12-24 hrs. Then ready to prepare.
IN SEPARATE BOWL
Use 1+cup Flour (depending on amount of fish)
Add Creole Seasoning into flour kinda of thick
Melt butter in bowl dip fish in melted butter
Role in Flour with Creole mix and fry for 5-10min on Med.
If you're like me and like alot of seasoning you can double the amount of seasonings.
Its MESSY cooking with flour but WELL WORTH IT WHEN DONE.
