Easy Perch (Wall-eyed/Yellow) Recipe for Walleye
Easy Perch (Wall-eyed/Yellow)
Perch (30 inches of)
Bread crumbs (1 bowl of)
Adobo seasoning (1/2 cap of)
Sea salt (1 pinch of)
Butter (1 stick of)
Ranch dressing (optional)
Part your perch flesh from it's bones. Rinse.
Preheat oven to 350F
Unwrap a stick of butter. Take butter in hand and spread over cooking tray. Return extra butter.
Dip/roll clean fillets in bowl of bread crumbs until covered. Place fillets on tray.
Broadcast extra bread crumbs over fillets.
Broadcast 1/2 cap of Adobo (or prefered seasoning over fillets.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over fillets.
Place tray in oven for 20 min.
Ranch dressing makes a nice dipping sauce.
Goes well with lagers.
