| Directions: | I like to fish N.H rivers so this where i make this dish..... you will need a nice little teepee fire with some coals for the crispy skin we all crave for..... gut and rinse fish in the river water leaving the head/tail on.... sprinkle your season mix on skin, head and tail... W/ a stick in the mouth stabilize fish on the stick and cook..... you want the skin nice and crispy.... & then its done ...........ENJOY |
