| Ingredients: | 16 small peeled potatoes 12 small white onions large fillet of burbot thyme butter Parsley and lemon slices for garnish |

| Directions: | in separate pots parboil the potatoes and onions Place the Burbot fillet in a shallow buttered heat proof dish. Arrange onions and potatoes around it. Sprinkle with a pinch of Thyme and brush with melted butter. Bake for about 30 minutes, basting frequently with melted butter. Serve in the same dish garnish with parsley and slices of lemon. |
