Blackened Sea Bass Recipe for Black Sea Bass

Title: Blackened Sea Bass
by crewchief
Type: Entree
Servings: 4
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes tops
Ingredients: Butter, Cajun seasoning.
Directions: Melt a pat of butter in a small bowl, then brush onto fish on both sides. Coat fish with seasoning.
Put cast iron skillet on grill or stove and heat until some smoke starts to come off skillet. Drop fish in skillet cook about 6-8 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. I like it done to where there is a bit of crust on the outside.
Great side to serve with is spanish yellow rice
Other Notes: This recipe works great with pretty much any fish, have used it on Halibut, cod, walleye, trout. And this recipe got my kids to eat fish when they were younger
