Got the boat out around 10am before the impending storm coming... Managed to catch 8 bass ( from 1.5 to 2.5 lbs) and 3 pickerel.... All fish caught on frog and purple worm.. Once again, the bass were in laydowns right up against the bank.... if I landed my lure more than a foot away from the shoreline I got nothing... this has been the pattern for quite some time now... missed several explosions with the frog... love fishing topwater.....posted pics in my photo file....
