Bare Hill 4/29
Fished Bare Hill with Bro Joe 6:30 - 2:30. What a day! 70s No wind, blue bird skies and lots of bass to be had. I caught 15 shorts 2 2lbers and a 3 1/2. I missed at least a 1/2 dozen hits from good fish though and on one I missed a real hog, as I set on him, did not budge him and he peeled some line on me before spitting it out! Joe Caught 20 shorts and had a 2 1/4 lb fish for his big boy. Bro's fish all came on a Wacky 5" senko, my fish came on a 3 1/2 Kietech spider grub and 1/8 oz weedless head. Have to find a new style head as I beleive the single fiber guard was the factor for a lot of the lost fish, preventing a good hookset. Great day spent with my Brother!
