B & T's Barbequed Salmon Recipe for Salmon
B & T's Barbequed Salmon
(measurements are approximate) 4-5 lb salmon filet, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp Dungeness Gold Sequim Salmon Seasoning (
- 360-681-7939), 1 tblsp lemon/garlic pure olive oil, 2 tblspn Yoshida's Teryaki Sauce, 6 ounces lager beer, 1 shot Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
Pre heat Barbeque, Place salmon filet on heavy duty foil (fold up edges to retain liquids), sprinkle dry ingredients, drizzle teriyaki sauce, lightly rub into filet, drizzle olive oil down center of filet, place salmon/foil on barbeque, let cook for approximately 10 minutes, drizzle lager beer onto foil to prevent salmon from burning, drizzle whisky down center of filet, cook additional 10 minutes or until done & remove
