* 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
* 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
* 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 3 tbsp. salad oil
* 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp. (not kidding) black pepper

Directions: Preparation:
Combine and chill until serving.
Other Notes: This is a tasty salmon recipe from Judy, great for luncheon or a hot weather meal.
