A First At The Chu
Decided to head out early Sunday morning before the rain hit. Was suprised when I got there, expecting a wind tunnel and the water was smooth as glass. Ended up with my first catch at the Chu, a smallie ringing in at just about a 1lb. Not the size I was hoping to get, but I'll take it for being my first catch there.
Would you go back with the Muskie brother's. Only with your Barbie Rod's. Sorry. Its almost time for the Chu again and I know if we said we going you would be right next to us. Mid September. Bam.
Lots of people don't catch a thing anywhere at that place! The Chu is a tough place but a trophy fish is always lurking in the deep blue.i'm o for 3 at the Chu I will get mine just need to put my time in.But I can name on one finger the number of places I've gone 3 times and have caught no fish yup the Chu stands alone!
Yes they are. I saw quite a few jumping out towards the middle that were making some pretty big splashes. I think the guy we saw there a couple of weeks ago is the only person who can cast out that far!
THE FISH A SCARY BIG IN THAT PLACE
Yeah, off of Scar Hill. Only got a couple of hours there as the weather was not very cooperative. At least I broke the ice. Had a big bite, but stupid me couldn't set the hook. Both bite & catch were off senkos.
welcome to the Chu hahahahaha where did you go out of? Scar Hill? Lots of people never catch anything from there. They will get bigger hahahaha
